Mountain View school district will be electing school board members on May 21. Voters will have the opportunity to elect a person who is interested, energetic and knowledgeable to replace outgoing board member, Harold Gott. Rebecca Warden attended Grangeville schools for her entire elementary, junior high and high school career. Her son, Jacob, has been educated at GEMS and will be attending GHS next year.
Rebecca has had the unique experience of not only being a student and parent, but also working for more than 13 years at the Idaho County Tax Collectors Office, giving her insight into the property tax implications of school district levies and the impact they have on each taxpayer. This has also given her experience in how to be open to the concerns of the taxpayers.
