Second week of ski lessons starts Saturday
Snowhaven Ski Area news

GRANGEVILLE - Winter activities are at their apex at Snowhaven. Snow conditions have remained excellent despite the need for just a little bit more. Starting this Saturday at 10:30 am is the second three-week session of lessons.
Students receive three hours of lessons for three Saturdays in a row (February 3rd, 10th, & 17th). Snowhaven is very pleased to announce that Elaine Pearsons will be returning to help instruct.
The ski school is fully staffed with three excellent snowboard teachers and five very qualified ski instructors. Snowhaven also has available two on-call telemarking instructors for those who would like to do a little bit more exploring in the mountains.
Each day that Snowhaven is open, private, semi-private, and group lessons are available with rates varying. The first three-week session just ended with 7 skiers and 3 snowboarders graduating to the next level.
The kids are really having fun and learning fast. People considering signing up for the three week session can obtain more information by calling Mike Johnson (983-2732), or by showing up early on Saturday and getting the paperwork filled out.
Everybody is welcome to come up and enjoy the winter fun by skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at Snowhaven.
