RP would like officer to pick up bad check.
RP claims he received call from Rapid Recovery a collection agency in Illinois stating that they would be issuing a warrant for his arrest for passing bad checks in 2010. He does not know how they got all his information and wants to make an official report.
RP states Ford Explorer with people hanging out the windows and yelling and racing through alleys. When dispatch asked for RP name he stated you know who this is and hung up. Cell number did not come up in search of data base.
Traffic Stop - Subject pulled concealed weapon on officer. Subject arrested.
Tuesday, April 1
Call from Nezperce County Sheriff Office. They are in pursuit of large silver pickup, unknown plate, going through Waha, possibly headed toward Soldiers Meadows and backside of Winchester. No suspect information, unknown weapons.
RP has not heard from her daughter in two weeks and her phone is disconnected. Spoke to Jacksonville Police and they advised to call local police to have us send a teletype and they would go do a welfare check.
RP advised he got into a physical altercation with his brother. Left on foot wearing PJ pants and a camo jacket. Suspect is about 5’6” tall, brown short hair, about 120 pounds.
Wednesday, April 2
Subjects shooting across road from a red pickup with at least 2 males.
RP advised husband was walking dog and dogs tried to attack RP’s husband. RP asked to see an officer to help calm husband down.
RP advised daughter is going to commit suicide. Sister is talking to subject on Facebook to calm her down. Subject will not answer phone for the RP. Subject has tried to commit suicide before.
Thursday, April 3
Vin inspection on a new liquid trailer.
ISP advised about a broken down semi headed southbound. Vehicle company is calling transport out of Utah.
Friday, April 4
Disabled black vehicle on side of road by county line.
Wanted subject - 2103 and 2107 are out in the 300 block of 5th Avenue N. on possible 10-99.
Advised D2 The Hub will be hosting a band tomorrow night and subject should be there. RP advised we could serve him then.
Saturday, April 5
RP states that subject has been missing since last night. Found his rifle in the yard and some other kids have been driving his car. Also claims that others have made threats against her son.
RP states that subject left rifle found this morning at her house and would like someone to come get it. It is making her nervous having it in her house. Advised 2102 in sheriff’s office and he will call daughter to go retrieve the rifle.
RP advised her husband advised her that someone was living as a transient on their property in the trees.
Walk-up RP advised she could hear lots of shooting coning from the area of the state park.
Traffic stop resulting in warrant arrest.
Sunday, April 6
RP advised that last night his wife noticed several patrol cars in their neighborhood and wanted us to be aware that if they need to check his property because they are looking for someone that law enforcement has his permission to come on his property because he has several outbuildings.
Medical - 29-year-old male with severe abdominal pain.
