The problem? Bunch of negative, stalling Republicans

Letter: Robert G. Schultze Riggins

I hope that everyone has received and answered the latest Republican brainwashing survey that is meant to save us all from immediate disaster at the hands of President Obama. There is a special place in my heart and on my outhouse wall for Republican surveys and the picture of Bush that I received during his campaign. It’s too bad that the U.S. is responsible for the atrocities that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld were guilty of in Iraq. With the backing of Republicans in Congress, an unarmed country was attacked killing innocent people by the thousands with no tally of the numbers killed.

The billionaires in Las Vegas failed in buying the last election but they have big plans for buying the next one. Republican states are also passing laws to limit the voting rights of poor and middle class citizens. Before Obama, health insurance companies were committing highway robbery. I was paying $500 monthly for a $5,000 deductible policy for my wife. Reasonable healthcare was desperately needed. Since I’m now 85 and on Medicare, Obamacare has lowered my co-pay.

The only problem that I see in Congress is a whole bunch of negative, stalling, foot-dragging Republicans who won’t agree on anything.
