Rev. Chris Hagenbuch of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Grangeville hands a check for $5,000 to John Bennett who represents the Grangeville Community Foundation (GCF) Endowment Fund. The church was given a substantial gift after the death of lifelong member Orrin Webb. The contribution to GCF was given in memory of Orrin and Eleanora Webb and their son, James. This will go to the endowment which will pay out a certain percentage each year to various groups in Grangeville. “It’s a way to keep the Webb’s memory alive forever and to help the community in a way I believe the Webbs themselves would have done,” Hagenbuch said.
