BOISE — The Idaho Department of Correction is searching for a St. Anthony Work Camp inmate who walked away from his job in the community.
At 10:10 p.m. Monday, June 3, Frank C. Smith, IDOC #103560 (DOB: 09/02/1969), was reported missing from his job as a night-shift janitor in St. Anthony.
Smith’s criminal record includes convictions in Kootenai and Idaho counties for two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and one count of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence.
Smith was eligible to be considered for parole on March 4, 2015. His full-term release date was March 3, 2018.

SAWC is a 240-bed correctional facility in the eastern Idaho town of St. Anthony. The work camp gives low-risk offenders the opportunity to develop good work habits and marketable job skills while earning money to offset the costs of their incarceration, compensate their victims and prepare for the future.
