Monday, Feb. 17

ISP requested K-9 sniff.

Vehicle on side of road just past Winchester with flashers on.

RP states minor being abused by a 21-year-old with guns involved.

Tuesday, Feb. 18

RP states that door on grainery has been kicked. She noticed it as she was driving by. Did not see anyone around.

Wednesday, Feb. 19

RP is picking up a vehicle on Highway 12 between MP 64-65 that hit a rock. Received call from insurance company and is towing vehicle to Lewiston.

Rocks in road at MP 58. One vehicle hit the rock and has a disabled vehicle on a blind corner.

Walk-up report of shoplifting at The Gateway.

Extremely icy conditions. A car pulled over into turnout and there’s a pickup blocking a passing lane at the first trestle.

RP advised that subjects are mad at her because they think that she has pull over some woman. RP advised that she is very scared of this family and needs to speak with 2102 immediately.

RP states he has a fire hazard in his house because he cut a wire to the fan on his heater and he is afraid that his house is going to burn down. RP states he does not have a fire at this time. Dispatcher advised he call an electrician and RP stated he had. Dispatch also advised he turn the breaker off to the heater. RP again stated that he does not have a fire in his house.

ISP is requesting 2102 and his partner for K9 sniff on traffic warrant.

K-9 sniff for ISP on Highway 95.

Thursday, Feb. 20

RP advised that two storage units were broken into and also the unit next to one of his has been broken into.

One vehicle roll over.

911 hang up - Called number back and subject advised his daughter called 911 because her brother flushed her Tinkerbell down the toilet. He advised he reminded his daughter that 911 is for big emergencies only and everything is code 4.

RP advised that he knows that a couple of people took a yellow air hose out of his house shop. He can see them at this time although they are not currently committing a crime. RP advised if he sees them take anything else he’s going to “Blow them away, he’s 50 something years old and has nothing else to live for.”

Saturday, Feb. 22

RP states there are two men with rifles shooting. One is younger wearing orange shirt and jeans and black baseball cap, heavy set. RP cannot see other subject very well and believes he has on grey or white T-shirt and jeans and he appears to be older.

RP advised that her daughter refuses to leave her home, RP advised she has been asking her to leave for two months and she refuses, saying that she is there to take care of RP. RP advised they argue constantly. RP’s grandson also advised that she mentally and emotionally abuses the RP and manipulates the RP into believing that she is there to help.

RP would like Leo contact to see if there is anyway that they can help her to get her out of the house.

42-year-old male has severe chest pain.

RP advised witnessing someone in a 2000s red Chevy pickup putting a great dane in the back of their pickup.Witness advised he didn’t report it right away until he advised the owners to make sure they hadn’t asked someone to pick up the dog. RP advised they don’t have any friends who drive a red Chevy who would be picking up their dog. RPs are not at home. They are out of town in Washington state.

Sunday, Feb. 23

Daughter was rear ended, no injuries in a two vehicle accident, 2001 Chevy Lumina and Volkswagen.

RP states beige Chevy Impala is driving erratically -- speeding up and slowing down, starting to pass and then no passing, NB on Highway 95, just passing Craigmont.

RP advised she was following a Dodge pickup hauling a trailer full of wood and the trailer has o tail lights. RP advised she almost hit them.

2013 attempted to stop a 4-wheeler for traffic violation. It took off and lost visual. Driver was wearing helmet and mask.
