GRANGEVILLE — Approximately $17,000 in gross proceeds were raised from the Feb. 24 Larry Ramos Farewell Concert with The Association, according to coordinator Carolyn Haning. Both shows were sold out that evening, for a total 652 attendance. Apart from expenses, funds raised in this event will go toward Clearwater to Salmon Rivers Relay for Life. Band members donated their time for these performances, Haning said: “They normally charge $15,000 for a single concert, and we got two of them!”
This year’s Clearwater to Salmon River Relay for Life event is set July 18-19 at Kamiah High School.
