Sunday, Sept. 28

RP advised a couple of guys trespassing and hunting on RP’s land. RP’s son is out with him and the hunters. RP couldn’t get a hold of F&G to report.

RP advised her son is hearing voices and threatening to commit suicide. RP advised he doesn’t even remember the RP picking up the kids last night.

ICSO looking for suicidal subject. Will be in a small white or gray vehicle, unknown model or plate. She has a .22 rifle and unknown make or caliber pistol.

Monday, Sept. 29

RP advised she had items stolen from residence -- rings and money.

Probation violation - Possession of paraphernalia under three ounces and RX drugs not prescribed.

Tuesday, Sept. 30

Subject would like contact made with their son who is in a hospital in Oregon.

Wednesday, Oct. 1

Subject has not been seen since noon yesterday. Did not show up for work last night or call. Driving an older yellow van with Winchester Lake Lodge on the side of it.

Thursday, Oct. 2

RP states about 8-10 head of cattle in pasture are loose and headed toward highway.

RP states she received call from subject who has cows up on their property on the old Nezperce Grade. Was advised that there was a vehicle up there with Nezperce County plates with tribal subjects inside the vehicle. The vehicle left and headed to Kamiah. RP advised that no one is to be up there and would like officers to keep eyes open for trespassers. Advises they have had trouble with people trying to hunt on the property before.

RP states subjects in bar and shouldn’t be.

First 911 was busy signal, second call dispatch could hear yelling in background and sounded like someone was saying they didn’t want to go to jail then they hung up. Dispatch returned call to number and woman stated that everything was fine and not to send officer. Female sounded very upset and agitated and would not say what was happening and kept repeating do not send officers.

Friday, Oct. 3

RP states there is a female who aggressively trespassed past the front gate of the wolf refuge. She is frantic stating her friends are lost and possibly injured. RP declined medical at this time.

Tribal unit requesting cover at Wayas for intoxicated subject.

Pickup pulling camper blocking traffic and nearly causing an accident.

Several K-9 sniffs requested.

Subject wants officer to standby so he can get personal items.

Saturday, Oct. 4

RP states subject has broken out the back of his car window while child was in the car and can hear yelling in the background.

Sunday, Oct. 5

RP states that she was just on the phone with subject and she can hear her being hit. RP does not know if there are weapons in the house.

RP states that subject is threatening suicide and subject has been drinking. Other subjects are with him and holding him down. Friends have taken out three guns.
