GRANGEVILLE — Get ready to walk and benefit local moms, kids, and families on Saturday, May 9, at the annual Hope Center’s Walk For Life.
The walk begins with a free breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. (donations appreciated to cover food costs), followed by a two-mile walk along Grangeville’s Main Street and South Street beginning at 10 a.m. The post-walk celebration with a special presentation and awards is from 10:55 to 11:25 am. The breakfast and walk take place at the Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Center gym on B Street in Grangeville.
The Walk For Life is the Hope Center’s major fund-raiser, with walkers who participate bringing donations from friends and family. Prizes are awarded for the top two adult and youth fund-raisers.
