Hope Center Walk for Life slated for May 9

GRANGEVILLE — Get ready to walk and benefit local moms, kids, and families on Saturday, May 9, at the annual Hope Center’s Walk For Life.

The walk begins with a free breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. (donations appreciated to cover food costs), followed by a two-mile walk along Grangeville’s Main Street and South Street beginning at 10 a.m. The post-walk celebration with a special presentation and awards is from 10:55 to 11:25 am. The breakfast and walk take place at the Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Center gym on B Street in Grangeville.

The Hope Center provides free video lessons and mentoring on pregnancy, parenting, relationships, and life skills for young moms and dads, as well as classes for teens and grandparents.
