Clearwater Meal Center luncheon set for today

CLEARWATER — The 11th luncheon of the newly formed Clearwater Meal Center will be held at noon today, Wednesday, Feb. 18, at the Clearwater Baptist Church. No charge for the luncheon, however a $5 donation is appreciated.

GHS class of ’75 reunion meeting is Feb. 19

GRANGEVILLE — Grangeville High School class of 1975 will hold an organizational meeting Thursday, Feb. 19, 7 p.m., at Brodock’s. Anyone from the class who is interested in helping with the 40th reunion is invited to attend. Call Julie Church at 962-3267 or Karen Wisdom at 983-1233 for questions.

Lincoln Day Dinner set Feb. 28 in Greencreek

GREENCREEK — The annual Lincoln Day Dinner will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Greencreek Community Hall. Event starts at 5 p.m. with dinner and auction at 6 p.m. and presentation by constitutional attorney Christ Troupis starting at 7 p.m. Troupis will speak on “Common Core: What’s Next?”

Aladdin performance set for Saturday at CVES

KOOSKIA — Join Aladdin Saturday, Feb. 21, 5:30 p.m., at the Clearwater Valley Elementary School as he ventures into a swirling sandstorm of famous Arabian Tales ranging from Ali Baba to Scheherazade to Sinbad the Sailor.

Missoula Children’s Theatre and more than 50 Clearwater Valley students will perform in this original musical adaptation of Aladdin. The production is presented by Kooskia’s CVSS PTSA and community calendar sponsors. Visit
