Touching to see Christmas miracle

Letters of thanks: Linda Bear and Tara Nida

What an awesome and generous community we live in! Each year the need seems to get larger and you all rise to meet that need. 213 tags were made out for the Grangeville Tree of Sharing. That is an increase of 28 children over last year. Thank you to all of you! How touching and heartwarming it is to see the “Christmas miracle” in a young girl’s actions and words, the tears in a mother’s eyes, or the hugs from a father who didn’t think there would be a Christmas. Thank you for keeping the Spirit of Christmas alive and well in Grangeville!

The staff at Department of Health and Welfare wish you all a very Happy New Year!
