Monday, June 29

RP advised of a stalled Swift truck blocking traffic in the southbound lane.

RP states that he has not seen neighbor lady hext door for several days. Her windows are all closed and vehicle is there and has not appeared to have moved. Very unusual for her. RP states it is the house just left of his.

Tuesday, June 30

RP states that police are not responding to his calls. More shooting this morning. RP has shot in the air to send a message. Neighbor has since shot twice more 10 minutes apart and the shots are pointed toward their house. RP states that they feel they don’t matter to the police of Lewis County. They have been waiting for 2 days for the cat to be looked at and no one has responded. RP had several random occurrences with the neighbor and states this is getting out of line. RP also states that he now is wondering if he will make it to his next birthday. Also, if his life is worthless as it seems to be like the cats. RP also wants to know who the Lewis County Police themselves answer to. Is it a politician or who?

RP stated that someone charged a Verizon phone to him on 6/19. RP also stated that he lives in Clarkston but the phone was charged to his residence.

Suspect drug paraphernalia. Will return with citation, seized marijuana.

Pickup and small SUV about a mile from the top of the grade, pulled off but partially blocking.

RP states she followed a green 93 Chev Cavalier to the Camas Express. He was unable to maintain lane, swerving. Suspect late 20s, male, white tank, shorts.

Wednesday, July 1

RP advised husband called her and advised he hit a deer about 4-5 miles outside of Nezperce on the highway. The deer is dead but laying in the middle of the road.

Fire near top of Winchester, unknown mile marker at this time.

Nezperce County called about vehicle southbound on Highway 95 setting small grass fires. ISP alerted but no one nearby.

RP stated that his neighbor is throwing dead cats in his pond. Also RP is threatening violence.

Thursday, July 2

Child Protective Services received anonymous call claiming subject has rifle and crossbow in home and can hear children screaming in the home.

ISP involved in pursuit. Subject drove into water and shots were fired at ISP units. ISP requesting K-9 unit.

RP stated that her client had done drugs yesterday and is acting crazed today talking about hurting herself and others.

Friday, July 3

RP states the neighbors are lighting off fireworks. Dispatch could hear them in the background.

Saturday, July 4

RP advised she has fallen but can’t get back up. RP does not need an ambulance because she is not hurt at all. Just needs someone’s help to get up.

RP advised male subject sitting out in his car watching the kids on the playground and some of the parents are getting kind of freaked out. RP would like an officer to swing by to possibly spook the subject. RP also advised he is in a car with 3B plates.

RP advised her sister-in-aw is threatening to kill the RP and the RP’s child.

30-year-old male stepped on by bull, breathing, and in and out of consciousness.

Sunday, July 5

K-9 sniff - negative alert, negative find.
