Two plaques, one honoring the Salmon River ladies of the Garnet Rebekah Auxiliary and the other honoring the Salmon River men of the IOOF Lodge who have gone on before us, are now hanging at the Riggins Cemetery. Names of each man and woman are displayed on the plaques which were made possible from memorial monies from the family of Betty Deveny.
