COTTONWOOD — St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation is sponsoring the “Mardi Gras” on March 21 at Cottonwood Community Hall. It starts at 5 p.m. with a social hour and music by Ben Bross. Dinner is served at 6 p.m., auction and dancing to follow. Dressy casual to semiformal attire is suggested. Tickets are $35 each and they will only sell 200 tickets. Shane Chapman will do caricatures of the guests; color for $15 or black and white for $10. For information call the hospital or 962-2327 for Cheri Holthaus.

Last week Summit Academy held their benefactor dinner to thank all the people who support the school. Amy Rose and her crew did such a good job that they got a standing ovation for the meal.

Delmer Wassmuth and Elred Nuxoll were in the Greencreek area checking the Lewiston Morning Tribune boxes last week. Those two guys do a very good job.
