Onthank to speak at Encouragers meeting

— Cynthia Onthank will speak at the Encouragers Thursday, Nov. l9, 12:10 p.m. The no-host luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., at Oscar’s Restaurant, 101 E. Main in Grangeville.

Onthank will share about God’s faithfulness to the widow. She lost her husband, a state highway department employee, in 2005 and was left to parent two young sons alone. Her sons went on to became successful: one has a Ph.D in marine biology and the other is a graphic designer, photographer and musician. They have blessed her with five grandchildren.

Onthank is employed by the U.S. Forest Service in Kooskia and is active in the choir in Grangeville Church of the Nazarene. She enjoys riding a Harley, crafts and collecting friends.

All are welcome to this informal network of Christian women who meet monthly for fellowship and to hear speakers and musicians. Call 983-0927.
