GRANGEVILLE — For the past years, P1FCU (Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union) has donated more than $65,000 to area high school athletic programs through a program called “Points for Dollars.” For each point scored at home games in football, basketball, volleyball and baseball, Potlatch donated $1 per point scored.

Last year during the 2014-2015 school year, The Grangeville Bulldogs scored 1,587 points. Friday night, Oct. 16, Serena Jackson and Amy Hall on behalf of P1FCU presented a check for $1,587 for the Mountain View School District Athletic Program. On top of that, P1FCU presented an additional check for $2,000 as part of a new School Spirit Program that will donate each year to area high school athletic programs. This will replace the points program. The banner seen here will be displayed in the GHS gym.
