RIGGINS Winners at the 2015 Salmon River Art Guild 2015 Fall Regional Show in Riggins Oct. 3 and 4 were recently named.
The Opal Carlson Landscape award winner was David Martin of Clearwater with his photo, Realities Merging.
Additional winners are as follows:
Best of show went to Gloria Teats of White Bird with her oil Gospel Hump Wilderness. Blue ribbons went to: Kaye York of Cambridge with her oil Packing in the Seven Devils; Ronald Stanford of Cambridge in mixed media with The Family; Roger Inghram of Grangeville with the photo Diablo Looout Re-supply; Laurie Asahara of Eagle in gouache Scott’s Kingfisher; and David Martin of Clearwater with Realities Merging.
Red ribbons were won by: Kay York of Cambridge with the oil Feeling Frisky; Anna Owsiak of Cambridge in colored pencil with Caught in the Act; Frank Mignerey of Riggins with Manning Bridge II-After the Tepee Fire; Anna Owsiak of Cambridge for the photo Jake; and Nancy Gresham of White Bird in water color with Fish 2.
White Ribbons went to: Gloria Teats of White Bird with the oil Square Mountain; Doug Homan of Cottonwood with the photo Autumn in Vermont; Eric Klobetanz of Grangeville with the photo A Light in the Dark; Shari Medley of Riggins with the antler sculpture A Disagreement; and Ellen Garrard of Boise, water color Rocky Perch.
