Summit’s ‘Mystery Night’ set for Oct. 3

GREENCREEK — Hear ye, hear ye! All ye kings and queens, knights and nobles and peasants: thou hath been summoned to join the festivities of the 18th annual Mystery Night. Presence is requested at the Greencreek Community Castle Saturday, Oct. 3, for “A Knight to Remember.” A $125 donation covers admission for two, two free drinks, a no-host bar and entry into the raffle.

Castle doors open at 5 p.m, with silent auctions open throughout the evening for browsing and bidding pleasure. The live auction begins at 7 p.m. Auction items include a seven-night stay at a Mt. Hood resort, three tickets to Seahawks vs 49ers game on Nov. 22, gourmet wine and cheese evening, murder-mystery party, Isabella American Girl with accessories and an outdoor statue of Mary.

Raffle tickets are drawn one by one. Every 10th ticket is a winner granting that person a trip on stage to select a prize. The suspense grows as all but 10 tickets are eliminated. These final 10 all receive a prize. The final winner will receive the $10,000 prize which can be redeemed at this year’s fine sponsors: Lindsley’s Home Furnishings; Sonnen Meats; Les Schwab Tire Center, Grangeville; B&A Performance Auto; Hoene Hardware; Cottonwood Foods; Chesky Woodworking; Intermountain Feed & Mercantile.

Only 350 tickets are sold; call today to reserve tickets. Call Summit Academy at 962-5650 or visit and click the Mystery Night link to buy your ticket.
