GRANGEVILLE The final performance in the Free Summer Concert Series will be held Thursday, Aug. 4, 6 p.m., at Pioneer (City) Park.
Country musician Josh Crosby of Kooskia will perform with some members of his band.
Crosby has spent time in Nashville, following learning guitar basics from a hometown friend at age 15. He went on to develop his singing capabilities and now performs country originals describing life’s experiences. He has released several albums, beginning with “Simply Me,” recorded about 12 years ago.
The band includes Andrea McHoney of Kamiah who provides back-up vocals; David Dixon of Grangeville on drums; Tom Simpson of Harpster on bass; and Jonny Henderson of Woodland on the harmonica.
Crosby has been proven to be a popular draw in Grangeville, Kooskia, Kamiah and at the Idaho County Fair in previous years.
Admission is free; however, donations will be collected.The series is sponsored by Grangeville Arts, Inc. and the Grangeville Chamber of Commerce.
