Better to highlight those who pay taxes, keep up communities

Letter to the Editor

Bear Claw:

So let me get this straight – you have a man that’s too lazy to work, too lazy to plant his own garden, is unable to put his food up in a way to keep and not spoil, depends on neighbors so he can receive mail and provide him with garden foods. He joins a church so he can receive more assistance. Does not pay taxes but enjoys driving his “70s” van on Idaho roads. I’m assuming if he has income it’s Medicaid. His work history in the article states welding and driving a forklift were just too much for him – I guess it shows TV will film anything.

What about a show highlighting the men and women who have done their best to keep a roof over their heads and pay taxes to keep Idaho schools, roads and communities going?

To quote, “I have learned so much from so many people and have been so blessed.” What a crock – a bum’s a bum – or freeloader if you will
