— Sarah Fuerstenau of Harpster helped with the World’s Fair demonstration of home school projects at the Centennial Evangelical Free Church Friday, Jan. 29. Her son, Isaiah, told about his project country while mom, Sarah, gave demonstrations on how to make lefse, a large thin potato pancake, which she served buttered, sugared and rolled. The family is of Norwegian and German heritage and Sarah learned to make lefse from her mother-in-law.
