PVBC offers breakfast, Bible study
WHITE BIRD — Pleasant View Baptist Church in White Bird will hold its Second Saturday Men’s Breakfast this week, Saturday, Jan. 9, 7 a.m., free of charge. Just come hungry.
PVBC will be starting a women’s study two times per month beginning Saturday, Jan. 16 and again Jan. 23, in the fellowship hall at 9:30 a.m. This month’s sessions will feature studies by Kay Arthur. Contact Kathy Stefani at 839-2220. All ladies are invited.
Solidarity crosses available from KCs
COTTONWOOD — Solidarity Crosses are available from the Knights of Columbus. These are to honor Christians in the Middle East who are facing persecution for their belief in Christ.
The KCs are standing in solidarity with them, and to show support they have for purchase the Solidarity Cross, symbols of suffering, unity and hope. Crosses are made in Bethlehem out of olive wood, five inches tall, and made by the displaced Christians.

Faith Lutheran sets activities
KAMIAH — Faith Lutheran Church in Kamiah is located at 6th & Idaho streets and has worship services each Sunday at 11 a.m. with Reverend Gail Hart leading services. This is followed by a social time and refreshments. Sunday, Jan. 10, is a baptism service. All are invited.
Bible studies continue each Thursday of the month with the men meeting at the bakery at 7 a.m., and women at 10 a.m., at the church.

Crab feed tickets available
GREENCREEK — Annual crab feed tickets are available from the St. Anthony Society. The feed is scheduled for next Saturday, Jan. 16, at Greencreek Community Hall. Dinner is set for 6:30 p.m. and the dance begins at 9 p.m. Call 962-3214.
