Cottonwood News: Women’s retreat set for monastery

Idaho Council of Catholic Women (ICCW) will have a retreat at the Monastery of St. Gertrude, May 13-15. The Monastery will not have enough room to house all the women for overnight stay. If you would like to “host” one or two women on May 13 and 14 in your home so they have a place to stay, call Gladys Sonnen at 962-5957.

Save the Date: Saturday, April 9, fourth annual “It’s All About Us” A Celebration of Marriage: “Mercy in Marriage.” St. Pius X Catholic Church, Coeur d’Alene, 1-10 p.m. The cost is $25 per couple (scholarships available). It will be featuring guest speakers, Jason and Sarah Kidd, of the Marriage and Family Life Office, Archdiocese of Portland for an afternoon of inspiration and education, followed by Mass, renewal of wedding vows, dinner and dancing.
