Jogging For Dollars

Grangeville Elementary School PTA was host to its annul Jogathon fund-raiser event for grades kindergarten through eighth Friday, Sept. 30. A twist this year was the middle school students had a color run where colored chalk dust was thrown. The event – with pledges from the community — raised more than $10,000. The funds are for the literacy program, a positive behaviors program, post testing assemblies, motivational speaker and more. Shirts for the run were fully funded by community sponsors. (Top) Laura Fischer and Christa Bledsoe run through the colors and (left) Ashton Cales and Dusty Bashaw take some laps.
