WHITE BIRD The first of September has come and gone, rain on its way and lower temps – does that mean that fall is on its way? Hunting has started in some areas so please be respectful of other people’s property and especially the livestock that is out there. Be sure of what you are aiming at before you shoot!
Not much is going on down in the canyon so this will be short with the early deadline.
Remember that the library is open on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for anyone wishing to check out a good story or just to browse. Rebekah’s will meet on the 7th at 6 p.m., following on the 8th is the Salmon River Art Guild at 10 a. m.
The annual gun show will be at Hoot’s Café on Sept. 10, along with that, there will be a baked food sale for anyone not wanting to cook and wants to try out the goodies that will be available. This all starts at 8 a.m.
Remember, for all who would like to help remember Bill and Charlene Bremmer, there will be a celebration of life on Saturday, Sept. 10, at Swiftwater RV starting at 3 p.m. Bring your stories, drinks and chairs.
