Perhaps the Canadian border is the problem?

Letters to the Editor

Maybe Trump is blocking the wrong border.

I’ve been at the local gas station, East Main in Grangeville, twice in the last month and had Canadian motorcycle riders park under the shade of the canopy for gas. They go inside to use the facilities – Ok, buy drinks and groceries, ok, then just use the overhead canopy for shade and sit, eat, drink, use their cell phones to catch up on who-knows-what, and never move. I’ve had to back up to get out of this station. Others have had to wait or leave because they couldn’t get in.

These people are as rude and inconsiderate of other folks as I have ever seen. I hope they get drilled at the border like U.S. citizens do. At least the Mexican border respects U.S. citizens (to a point), but all I’ve heard is U.S. folks are potential drug smugglers. Go figure?

If I had been 20 years younger, I’d have asked them to move ahead or just pushed them ahead with my vehicle.

I can’t whip ass anymore, but it was tempting.
