— On June 4, an Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held for Blaze and Tate Berdoy, sons of Brad and Lesa Berdoy.

Family and friends joined to celebrated Blaze and Tate receiving the highest Scouting rank awards. They join four other Eagle Scouts from Troop 1638: Jared Nau, Michael Karel, Seth Chaffee and Andrew Cochran.

The Berdoy family joined Troop 1638 approximately five years ago. They lived in Washington and transferred from Troop 4070.

“The boys brought a lot of enthusiasm, character and adventure to our Troop. They were always willing to try new activities, even if they were challenging,” said scoutmaster Shari Chaffee. “They showed a lot of perseverance in all the merit badges they accomplished and obstacles they encountered in their climb through the scouting ranks.”
