Thank You, Veterans

— The Idaho County Veterans Outreach and Community Center hosted a Vietnam veterans welcome home and recognition day on Sunday, June 25. The Grangeville facility was filled to capacity, with the crowd spilling outside for the afternoon event that included a barbecue, music and presentations, which included from Quilts of Valor. The event is part of a national commemoration marking the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War. Note: The center will have commemorative pins available for all Vietnam veterans during Borders Days.
