Pioneer Senior Citizens

Dolores VonBargen opened the March 21 meeting of the Pioneer Senior Citizens with the Pledge of Allegiance and also gave the dinner prayer. Guests this week were Earling and Jean Johnson and Isabelle Kaschmitter. There were 45 meals served and 19 takeouts. Eileen Hazelbaker won the free dinner.

Dolores Kindall won the nickel Bingo pot and Katie Remacle. Carol Martin won the blackout. Door prize winners were Barbara Rehder, Sue Crea, Bob Talbott, Lorraine Nuxoll, Earling Johnson and Isabelle Kaschmitter.

Seniors wanting to go to Lewiston to shop or doctor’s appointments and don’t want to drive, call Coast driver Katie Manifold at 208-456-4090.

Come join us for a meal every Tuesday for a small donation at the Pioneer Senior Center in the Cottonwood Community Hall basement. Meals are served at noon.
