What are some of the popular box subscription services in Idaho County?

Have you considered trying one of the new box subscriptions you can get via the Internet? Almost anything is available from organic food and healthy snacks to makeup and nail polish.

Most subscriptions offer a monthly or yearly rate, are customizable and are delivered directly to your doorstep.

Jessica Wells: “I tried Ipsy but don't wear makeup so I'd give it to the girls. I do Graze. Problem is there are never enough of the ones I really like! I also do Might Nest, which I have gotten some cool items from. They donate back to your school (I don’t know how much money has to be earned before they cut a check) and you get free shipping on orders if it mails with your monthly subscription.”

Shandra Madden: “I love Ipsy. I've probably had it about a year and a half now. I have found some of my favorite products from their samples. Sometimes I don't use some of the stuff they give me but my sister also has Ipsy so we swap what we don't want. Definitely worth the $10!”

Maryann Stout:“I've had Ipsy and Just Fab.”

Serena Russell: “I get the Bark Box every month. I love everything they have sent for my dogs. Durable toys and customizable nutritional treats for pups with allergies!”

Tara Connolley: “Dollar Shave Club is great.”

Rebecca Warden: I tried Graze, but I felt it was pretty expensive for what you got.”

Lane Wood: “I love the Bark Box that I get for my dogs! Good toys and treats. My dogs know that it's for them as soon as they see the box!”

Johanna Hauger: “I have Ipsy, and Dollar Shave Club.”

Kristi Keeler: “I tried Ipsy for four months and just cancelled my subscription. Even with their ‘customization,’ a majority of the makeup was not anything that I will use.”

Olivia Kazella: “Ipsy is 100 percent worth it -- I love it. I've had it for a few months now and usually use four out of five (if not all) of the products that I get. Not only do they give great little makeup samples, you can get lotions, hair products, face washes, etc. Totally worth $10 a month.”

Diana Higgins: “I really enjoy Birchbox. All of the products are much better quality than I tend to buy so it feels like a luxury. I'm using a lactic acid cream at night right now that costs $109 in the full size.”

Rachel Taylor-Diaz: “I get Julep! I like their polishes and get a ‘beauty box,’ which is customized according to my preferences once a month. It usually has one or two nail polishes and other makeup or skin care products. I paid like $100 for 6 months, I think.”

Megan McDonald: “I have Stitch Fix. It's a fun way to get new clothes in new styles that I may not usually try otherwise (and it means I rarely have to go shopping). It can definitely be expensive, but I suppose that's the price you pay for convenience!”

Amber Farmer: “I have Ipsy and I love it! I have definitely gone and bought some of the full-size products. I also have Book of the Month Club. You choose one book to be sent to you once a month out of a few options given you. They are always hard cover and have special messages from the author. Sometimes they even add in an extra book for free! I love it!”

Leslie Vopat: “We do Dollar Shave Club and it's a good deal... just need to slow down the shipments. I did Julep for a couple months and also Birchbox, but quit.”
