A misty rain throughout Saturday morning, May 6, didn’t dampen efforts by volunteers preparing the Camas Prairie Food Bank community gardens. More than two dozen people from several areas churches weeded garden beds, transported in soil and tilled it into prepared boxes for summer planting. The grounds were also cleaned and new composting boxes built. The event was co-organized by Grangeville Real Life, and also the newly formed men’s ministry meeting at Centennial Evangelical Free Church.
