The non-partisan Clearwater County Legislative Forum starts at 6 p.m. at Orofino Junior-Senior High School, planned jointly by the Clearwater County Democratic Central Committee and the Clearwater County Republican Central Committee.
According to organizers, the goal of this forum is to promote civic engagement and civil discourse and for Clearwater County Republicans and Democrats to work together to foster an informed community discussion, and for the community to learn more about the Idaho legislative process and issues that affect us at the county level.
Six current and former Idaho legislators will participate in the forum: Dist. 7, Rep. Priscilla Giddings (R) of White Bird; Dist. 7, Senator Carl Crabtree (R) of Grangeville; former Dist. 6 Rep.
