Library activities set for Family Read Week

— Come Celebrate Family Read Week at Grangeville Centennial Library Nov. 14 -16

Tuesday night, Nov. 14, from 4-6 p.m., will be “The Puppet Theater.” Join in for a puppet story time and puppet making from 4-6 p.m. The theme this year is “Tell Me a Tale.” This year is all about folktales, fables and family storytelling.

Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 15, the library story time is from 11-11:30 a.m. Join in reading prince and princess stories and make your crowns and tiaras.

Wednesday night at Grangeville Elementary Middle School, from 4-6 p.m., join in for lots of stations of fun activities like making masks, dioramas, raffles, prizes and a photo booth. Hot dogs and chips will be available for purchase by the student council.

Thursday night at the library, from 4-6 p.m., there will be a pajama party. Join in for folk tales, pizza and chess. The Chess Guy will be there, and the library will be announcing the Kaya American Girl Doll essay winner and giving away prizes.
