‘Broken Walls’ to offer performances in Kamiah

— The award-winning group of artists. “Broken Walls,” will be in concert Friday, Sept. 15 and 16, 7 p.m., at the Wa-A’Yas Community Center in Kamiah.

Broken Walls base many of their songs on the ancient sounds of the First Nations People of North America and often perform around their large Pow Wow drum, singing songs of and to the Creator. Their full-range of music also includes current sounds with a traditional twist. To date, Broken Walls has released 11 records. Broken Walls travels yearround and has toured worldwide since 1998, performing in places such as Peru, Mexico, China, Hawaii, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Israel, Costa Rica, and extensively across North America.
