GHS stumbles on Kellogg trip


The Grangeville boys soccer team lost to Bonners Ferry 7-1 last Saturday, Sept. 26, with Ryan Ruklic scoring the Bulldogs’ lone goal.

The girls squad played two games, with a 6-4 loss to host Kellogg early in the day and a 5-1 loss to Bonners Ferry later in the day. The girls goals were scored by Naomi Connolley, who scored three against Kellogg, and Brenda Gomez, who scored one in each game.

Up next, both soccer teams travel to St. Maries Sept. 30.
