Backroads Diner: I recently had lunch at Backroads Diner, located on Kooskia’s Main Street. I experienced some of the best hand-cut French fries (inset) I have ever had. Very close to my brother, Steve’s fries (which are the best in the world, but not necessarily for sale; so stop by Backroads.)
