— April has arrived, so I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. Some even got the early camping bug!

The Easter egg hunt had a great turnout of around 130 youngsters vying for those great prizes and lots of fun…winners are as follows (didn’t get last names on some) 0-2ages: Most eggs found – Charlee, Opel Norman. Golden Egg: Breg Nuxoll & Waylon Albright. 3-4 ages: most eggs found – Zayden, Lily. Golden Egg: Ally McCullough & Holden; 5-6 ages: Most eggs found – Marea , Zoe, Cameron. Golden Egg – no one. 7-9 ages: most eggs found-Lusy Nuxoll, Madilyn Warden. Golden egg – Trayven Sickels & Emmerson Hale. 10 – 12 ages: most eggs found-Parker Farmer & Tayden Nuxoll. Golden egg: Trenton Wren and Orrin Farmer. Adult winner was Lacy Alm.

“A great appreciation from all who donated items, money or their time in helping put this on” was noted by Renee Farmer. She wants everyone to know that donations can still be sent to her to help with the cost of this year’s hunt and for future hunts.

A few dates to remember: the 5th is the Food Bank pickup at noon at the WBARD building. April 9th is the WBARD meeting at 7 p.m., then on the 11th is the city council meeting, starting at 6 p.m. SRAG will meet on the 12th at 10 a.m., and the chamber meeting will be at 10:30 a.m. (remember at city hall).
