— A ribbon cutting for the relocated original Manning Crevice Bridge tower now positioned astride the concrete stairs is scheduled for 10 a.m. (MT) this Friday, April 13, at Riggins City Park.

“We hope to have the volunteers who worked on the project present,” city clerk Brenda Tilley told the Free Press Wednesday, April 4. “Mayor McClure will make a presentation to each of them. A new sign with some history on the old bridge, pictures, etc., will be unveiled, and we’ll cut the ribbon.”
