Bobbi K. Branson, 37, of Cottonwood, was transported to Syringa Hospital

— An Aug. 14 pretrial is set for a Moscow man involved in an accidental vehicle crash into a camp trailer that injured a Cottonwood woman.

Kevin A. Roach, 37, was arraigned last Tuesday, July 31, for misdemeanor DUI in connection with the crash that same day.

The incident was reported at 11:46 p.m. on Selway River Road near the entrance to Three Rivers Resort at Lowell, according to an Idaho County Sheriff’s Office report. Roach was driving a 2008 Toyota Sequoia northbound when it left the roadway and struck the pop-out section of a camper pull trailer, shoving the setup one to two feet sideways.

Five people were sleeping inside the trailer at the time, of which Bobbi K. Branson, 37, of Cottonwood, was transported by Kooskia Ambulance to Syringa Hospital for treatment of injuries suffered from the impact.

According to the report, Roach stated he fell asleep and drove off the roadway. ICSO Sgt. Craig Hoodman conducted sobriety tests on Roach who reported had BAC results of .190 and .178.
