RIGGINS My quote of the week is from me: “The Idaho County Fair in Cottonwood was a grand fair. As grand marshal, I officially opened the Idaho County Fair Wednesday morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, then the fair board served coffee, orange juice, and cinnamon rolls …each day I was introduced: at the stock show, the livestock judging, and the market sale, as well as the events in the evenings: the 4-H Fashion Show, the talent show, and the crowning of the 2019 queen and princesses…then to complete my week, I was right behind the American Flag leading the Idaho County Fair Parade in a beautiful red 1963 Corvette! What a grand week. I think 4-H and FFA are great programs for our youth and I am happy to be a part of that. I wish to thank the Idaho County Fair Board for honoring me as the 2018 fair grand marshal.”
