Fit and Fall Proof class at Grangeville

Ladies were stretching and strength-building last Friday, Jan. 26, at the Fit and Fall Proof class, held at the Grangeville Christian Church. Classes are provided through Public Health – Idaho North Central District and are offered twice a week in Grangeville, Kamiah, White Bird and Riggins. Classes focus toward older adults to to improve balance, strength and mobility, as well as reduce the risk of falls.
