$10k loss in Dabco burglary; reward offered for information



— The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office (ICSO) is investigating a Kamiah-area burglary at Dabco Logging that occurred earlier this month in which tools and industrial equipment were stolen.

Dabco is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. 

The burglary occurred between 11 a.m. Sunday, June 17, and 7 a.m. Monday, June 18, according to ICSO. The shop door was cut to gain access, and the subject or subjects went through all areas of the shop, as well as the vehicles outside.  

Among the items taken were a Lincoln wire feed welder, Makita grinder, DeWalt cordless tools and batteries, Caterpillar torque tool, Napa battery charger, impact wrenches, drill, grease gun, radios, phone, and multiple hand tools. Total loss from stolen items is about $10,000.
