As of Tuesday, March 13, 2018
GRANGEVILLE Centennial Evangelical Free Church, at 408 N. College, will be hosting a mini seminar for women on Saturday, March 17. This will be held in two sessions: 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 11 to noon. A light brunch will be served between the two sessions.
Speaker Amalia Smith will be addressing the topic, “A Stage In The Life of Women.” This workshop will cover stages in a woman’s life with emphasis on menopause. She will be addressing preparation for menopause, how this stage affects emotionally, physically and spiritually, tips on how to navigate this stage, as well as covering how to not get, “stuck” in the effects of the change of life, and readjusting to life in the aftermath. Smith is an active missionary at home and abroad. Women of all ages are encouraged to attend as it will be informative for those who have yet to experience the change, helpful for those in the midst of change, and encouraging to those who want to get back to feeling like themselves again.
There is no charge for the event, but an RSVP is requested to help prepare. Contact Debra Ewing at 208-816-8355, or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call Amalia Smith at 831-757-4595. No child care is provided.
