Moving Tribute For 9-11

Idaho National Guard soldiers from Grangeville, Orofino and Moscow participated in the 9/11 Memorial Moving Tribute in Lewiston last Sunday, Sept. 9. About 100 men and women from Bravo Company of the 116th Brigade Engineer Battalion initiated the event that started at Hells Gate State Park, went for 3.5 miles to Kiwanis Park. Subsequent volunteers walked and/or transported special commemorative flags from Lewiston to Moscow.
