Prosecution needed for trail devastation

Letters to the Editor

This summer, the historic Miller Trail from New Florence down to FS Road 221 was devastated. ATV access and mining access was obliterated. If you or I had done anything like this to obliterate our history or do the environmental damage that was done, we would be in a federal prison and would lose everything we have. Whoever was involved in this abomination needs to be prosecuted to the full extend of local and federal laws, period, and made to pay for the restoration out of their own resources, now!

There are three kinds of people:

1 – Sheep. Some can’t defend themselves and need to be supported. But others have teeth and hooves, pencils, computers and a voice.

2 – Two-legged wolves that are interested in power, position and money, and that includes everything from politics to religions.

3 – Warriors for the good of good people. Freedom isn’t free, my friends. Either stand up or shut up and lose it. There’s a political party that wants back in power so they can have it all. Your many rights and gun rights will be severely affected, and they are wanting us to become a socialized nation strongly. Mutilation of the Miller Trail is just a fleece to see who we are. Your recreation access is now at stake. Next is your total access and then your livelihoods.

Hunting season is coming on again, and I will be writing about that.
