Shiloh Ann Mauer Ben Mauer and Tamra Thomason of Cottonwood, Idaho, are the parents of a baby daughter. Shiloh Ann Mauer was born Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Cottonwood. She weighed six pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20-1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Adam and Kitty Thomason of Craigmont, Idaho, and Ron and Mitzi Mauer of Greencreek, Idaho. Great-grandparents are Sy and Dan Magill of Dayton, Wash., Delvin and Renee Keeler of Grangeville, Idaho, Kim and Roger Nuxoll of Grangeville, LaWanda and Todd Hudson of Craigmont, and Tammy and Mike Murt of Nezperce, Idaho.

Earp to celebrate 95th birthday Oct. 23

Family and friends are invited to join Dorothy Earp for her 95th birthday celebration Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2 to 4 p.m. This is set for Meadowlark Home No. 1 on North 2nd Street. Refreshments will be served. She was born Oct. 23, 1923, in North Dakota. Earp and her husband, Kenneth, were married 57 years prior to his death. She has two daughters, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was a stay-at-home mom who loved to garden and make quilts. She attended the Grangeville Christian Church.
