Phyllis A. Brandle, 91, of Grangeville, Idaho, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at Grangeville Health and Rehab Center.
Phyllis was born Dec. 24, 1925, at Wheatland, Wyo., a daughter of Harvey and Maude Lawrence Kuhns. She married Raymond Brandle on July 1, 1942. They lived in Marshall, Colo., where they raised Arabian horses. They traveled several states before settling in Grangeville in 1992. Raymond passed away in 2004. She was a member of the Grangeville Christian Church and later attended the United Methodist Church in Grangeville. She enjoyed going to the Grangeville Senior Citizens Center. She loved playing music, especially the piano.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen and husband Ray Jones, of Arkansas and Marilyn and husband John Clasby, of Florida. She is also survived by her close friends, Julie Johnson and Norm and Susan Rice of Grangeville.
The family would like to thank everyone for their help, love, friendship and prayers.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Blackmer Funeral Home, Grangeville.
