Joseph Wesley McDade, 57, of Grangeville, died Monday, May 22, 2017, at his parents’ home. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., on Jan. 7, 1960.
Joseph got to see a lot of the world while growing up when his dad was in the United States Air Force. He lived in Pennsylvania, Idaho, California, Kansas, Nevada, Spain, Germany and Guam. He received his Associates Degree at Walla Walla Community College in Clarkston, Wash. He worked for the Forest Service, Elk City Mill and did yard work.
He leaves behind two daughters, Tiona and Nikkie; two grandsons, Jacobbe and James; his parents, Joe and Leone McDade; sister, Denise (Bill) Schacher, of Ferdinand, Idaho; younger brother, Tom (Melissa) Panama City, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Joseph will be missed by all. A potluck luncheon will be held in his honor, at the Grangeville Eagles Hall June 11, 2017, at noon. Arrangements are under the direction of Blackmer Funeral Home of Grangeville.
